Q. How do I get a TARC sticker for my student ID?

Answer

Starting August 1, currently enrolled JCTC students can get a sticker for their student IDs that will allow them to ride TARC (Louisville's public transportation) for free. Bring your student ID and a printout of your Fall 2017 class schedule with you to campus to receive your sticker.

  • On the Downtown and Southwest campuses, go to the library service desk.
  • On the Technical Campus, go to the Student Services Office.
  • On the Bullitt County, Shelby County, and Carrolton campuses, go to the Learning Commons.

There is a $10 replacement fee for lost TARC stickers and a $10 replacement fee for lost IDs, payable by cash or check.

Visit the TARC website to view routes and schedules.
