Q. When I try to print, it asks me to save instead of print. How do I fix this?
At the Southwest Campus, ask a staff member.
At the Downtown Campus, you can ask a staff member at the Computer Help or Service Desk to add the printer for you, or you can use the following instructions to add the printer yourself:
- Open the Start Menu.
- In the text box at the bottom, type:
- Hit “Enter”.
- Click on the “Printer” tab in the upper left-hand corner of the box.
- Click “Set as Default Printer”.
Ask a Librarian: Chat, Email, Phone, and Text service hours for the Fall Semester are Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
