Q. When I try to print, it asks me to save instead of print. How do I fix this?

Answer

At the Southwest Campus, ask a staff member.

At the Downtown Campus, you can ask a staff member at the Computer Help or Service Desk to add the printer for you, or you can use the following instructions to add the printer yourself:

  1. Open the Start Menu.
  2. In the text box at the bottom, type:

\\jf-svr-print-d2\jf-dt-lrc-frnt-1 or \\jf-svr-print-d2\jf-dt-lrc-frnt-2

  1. Hit “Enter”.
  2. Click on the “Printer” tab in the upper left-hand corner of the box.
  3. Click “Set as Default Printer”.
