How do I save something from a link in a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari)?


  1. Right click the link to the file.
  2. Click:
    1. “Save Link As…” – if using Chrome or Firefox.
    2. “Save Target As…” – if using Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.
    3. “Download Linked File As…” – if using Safari.
  3. Select the location to save to and save the file as usual.
