Q. How do I disable pop-up blockers?

Answer

  1. If using Google Chrome:
    1. In the address bar at the top of the window, click the lock icon with the word “Secure” next to it.
    2. In the box next to “Pop-ups and redirects” select “Allow”.
       
  2. If using Mozilla Firefox:
    1. To the far right of the address bar, click the menu icon (first button on the right).
    2. Click “Options”.
    3. Click on “Content”.
    4. In the “Pop-ups” section, uncheck the “Block pop-up windows” box.
       
  3. If using Microsoft Edge:
    1. Click the “More” button in the top right (the one with the three dots).
    2. Click “Settings”.
    3. Scroll down and click “View Advanced Settings”.
    4. Click the slider under the heading that says “Block pop-ups”.
