TARC 3 is bus transportation, door to door, for people who have disabilities that prevent them from driving on their own. To get a TARC 3 bus pass, students should request verification that they are current students on official JCTC letterhead from the registrar and then email this information to TARC3Eligibility@ridetarc.org.
