You can join your online appointment in a couple of ways.

• The easiest is to click on the TracCloud link in your appointment confirmation email (sent when the appointment was first scheduled). You will then see the appointment link on your TracCloud dashboard that says “Click here to enter your online session.”
• Another way to get to TracCloud is to go to the tutoring website at JCTC.ME/Tutoring, and then click the TracCloud button.
  • Please note that TracCloud uses a single sign-on process, so it’s easiest if you first open MyPath and/or your Jefferson email in your browser window.
