If you click the link to enter your online session and a page opens up that says “Session Not Available,” it means it is too early to enter your session. You will not be able to enter your online appointment until five minutes before the appointment start time. When you are able to enter your session, you will see “Your online session is available” in the bottom right-hand corner of the appointment.

If you click the link to enter your online session and a page opens up that says “Session No Longer Available,” it is too late to enter your session. You cannot enter your session later than 30 minutes into your appointment. You will need to make a new appointment to meet with a tutor.
